Born in the waters of Zarautz, the Balloon has been engineered by our team to our own specifications. We wanted something super fun without compromising performance. The result is a design that combines a rounded outline with a conservative performance foundation.

A defining element of this model is its lazy rocker profile, paired with a bottom configuration that integrates single concave, V-entry, and double concaves. This combination enhances hydrodynamic inertia, generating immediate speed and maintaining drive through flat sections. Clean, refined rails allow for seamless rail-to-rail transitions without sacrificing flow or acceleration.

The Balloon has been thoroughly tested and validated by team rider Hodei Collazo, who describes it as “an incredible board.” Designed to maximize performance in sub-par conditions, it accommodates a wide range of skill levels and performs optimally in waves up to 3 feet. We recommend selecting a Balloon 3–4 inches shorter than your daily driver. In larger sizes, the Balloon becomes an ideal option for intermediate, progressive surfers, offering extra stability and paddle power without losing its responsive feel.
